About “The Clemmie”

“I just wanted to help others, like the help I received as a child from the community. It makes me feel happy to help children,” stated Mrs. Clemmie Owens, during a 2008 interview in her home in Stockton, CA. The philosophy behind this quote correlates directly with the mission of the Stockton Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, Services to Youth Program.
